Ownership

Purpose:

This ownership policy aims to clarify the ownership of intellectual property created by IIC and define the permissible use of such intellectual property by clients.

Content:

1. Intellectual Property Rights:

• All content created by IIC, including but not limited to reports, analysis, presentations, articles, blog posts, and other materials, is the sole and exclusive property of IIC.
• This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Client Use of Content:

• IIC grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for their personal, non-commercial use only.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of the content without the prior written consent of IIC.
3. Restrictions on Use:

• Clients may not use the content in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to IIC or its reputation.
• Clients may not use the content for any commercial purpose, such as selling or licensing the content to others.
4. Attribution:

• When using the content, clients must provide proper attribution to IIC as the source of the information.
5. Termination of License:

• IIC reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, clients must cease all use of the content and destroy any copies in their possession.
